How do I get my files after I buy something?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are available straight away. You’ll get a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email, and you can also access all of your purchases any time from your account dashboard.
What file formats do you sell?
It depends on the product. Lightroom presets come as .xmp files, video LUTs come as .cube files, sound effects come as high-quality .wav or .mp3 files, and templates and spreadsheets come as .docx, .pptx, .xlsx or Google-compatible files. Each product page lists exactly what’s included.
Can I use these products for commercial or client work?
Yes. Every purchase includes a standard licence that allows personal and commercial use in your own projects. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves, as-is or repackaged, isn’t permitted. See our Licence Information page for full details.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we’re unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded, except where a product is faulty or significantly different from its description. See our Refund and Returns Policy for more detail.
What software do I need to use your products?
Lightroom presets require Adobe Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC, or Adobe Camera Raw. LUTs work with most professional video editing software, including Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro. Sound effects are standard WAV or MP3 files that work anywhere. Templates and spreadsheets are built for common tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Canva. Each listing tells you exactly what’s compatible.
I’m having trouble installing a preset or LUT. What do I do?

Yes. Every purchase gives you lifetime access, so you can log in to your account and re-download any file whenever you need it.
